USSB to stentghen economic ties with neighbours

In the second largest conference hall of the 'Fist' A large crowd of politicians and journalists from all around a socialist paradise were gathered, gossiping amongst themselves, the President of the USSB was expected to make an important announcement regarding the cuurrent economical downturn.
After a few minutes, the Foriegn Minister, Harvey Wells introduced to the stage Vladimir Burte. In an explosion of applause, he began to speak.
"People, I shall make this quick. We have sought out a solution to help combat this economic crisis we have found ourselves in. We hope it shall boost the economies of all members of the ASP. We plan to introduce Mixed Economy ideals into our dealings with neighbours of the region. I know this introduces some capitalist regulations, but we believe in constant revolution of socialism, and unfortuantly this means we have to sometimes do things we wouldn't normally do to ensure the survival of socialism. This would however, create stronger relations, and less isolationism between regional members. Thank you for your time."
With that, he left the stage to the sound of shouts and raised voices, Mr. Wells retook the podium.
"The President is very busy, so I shall answer any questions."
