| Fewer proposals seem to be getting through since the creation of the WA. Do you think that the activity level has gone down, or do you think that the quality of proposals has gone down so much that delegates don't even bother? Is it a backlash against all the proposals/repeals from before?
I'm just curious because I only started a few months before the changeover, and I don't know if there's a good way to get things passed. It seems that there are proposals that would have enough support if promoted, but that's not happening.
Does anyone have suggestions as to how we can get more active people? Should we just wait 'til NS2?

| Maybe people doesn't really know what does a resolution changes for all the countries (as me for instance, I have no idea how do this things actually implement). I think it's sort of a communication problem. We have to explain everybody how does it all work. | |

| the resolutions are purely theoretical. So implementing them in your nation is theoretical too, and theoretically done automatically. activity levels I think may have gone down due to the quality of writing going down, and lazyness. There is a section on the Jolt forums titled 'World Assembly' that is used for advertising and discussing proposals. | |

| I know that a lot of proposals are failing due to a lack of quality, however, delegates also seem hesitant to support a resolution that they think will then be repealed. | |

| Not only that, but many of the WA voters seem to be right-wing corprate dictatorships, and aren't (and they haven't) voting for things that would be in our interests.
The defeat of the resolution "On the Rights of Nomads", is a sad example of this.

| Which is why I suggested a while back of creating out own 'Socialist' WA, in a forum like this, for socialist nations to be a member of. Though I didn't think enough on how to implement it, though ina forum layout like this, it would be easy, I guess. I didn't get feedback from other socialist regions though.
All we acn o I suppose, is struggle.
